Opportunity to Participate in NGO Capacity Building Project

The Caribbean Policy Development Centre is inviting NGOs to participate in a Survey which seeks to better understand the institutional profile and the capacity building priorities of NGOs in ten (10) Eastern and Southern Caribbean countries. This survey forms part of the RTI/CPDC implemented Local Capacity for Local Solutions Project which is supported by USAID.

The project aims to provide technical/grant assistance and improved access to capacity building materials to qualifying NGOs in the Caribbean countries of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.

Respondents who complete the survey in full will be entered in a raffle to win a free iPad!

Call for Applications: Sub Grants for small farmers in the Eastern Caribbean

The Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) in partnership with Pro NGO! e.V. Germany (www.pro-ngo.org), with co-funding from the European Union, has commenced a 24-month project which started in February 2017 and is scheduled to be completed in January 2019. The project seeks to enhance opportunities for sustainable livelihoods across Eastern Caribbean farming communities.

CPDC invites all SMALL FARMERS located in BARBADOS, GRENADA, and ST. VINCENT & THE GRENADINES to apply for a small grant which would assist in the implementation of climate smart agriculture practices that will reduce operational costs. CPDC will provide limited technical assistance upon request. Kindly see attached Guidelines for the Call for Applications. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
