I am trying to apply for this course online but there are only two types of applications, graduate and undergraduate, provided as options. The course is a professional certificate. I am not certain how to proceed.

I would like some guidance. Thanks in advance.

How long or what is the entire duration of the course? Do I need to be directly affeliated with an NGO?
Do I need references to qualify?
