The Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) is seeking a dynamic Development Specialist to support the implementation, coordination, and monitoring of its regional programmes and projects. This is a Barbados-based, in-office position with a hybrid component.
Purpose of the Role:
The Development Specialist will provide technical, project management, and administrative support across CPDC’s portfolio, contributing to effective programme delivery, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement across the Caribbean.
