The CPDC would like to build upon its current momentum of increasing awareness on the relationship between the colonial history of the Caribbean, and its high and rising level of indebtedness, while also highlighting the growing impact of climate related events on the region’s level of indebtedness.
To do this, CPDC is seeking the services of a contractor (production studio/ film director or producer) to produce a documentary film to feature the voices of many Caribbean stakeholders from various sectors detailing the impact of sovereign debt and climate change on regional livelihoods. The Consultancy will be undertaken by a production studio/ film director or producer.
