CPDC is desirous of undertaking a consultancy to formulate and execute an advocacy and communications plan to engage and mobilize public support for debt and climate relief in the CARIFORUM region. Initiatives undertaken should result in citizens having a greater interest in issues related to unsustainable debt and they should be more inclined to support regional and international efforts aiming to achieve meaningful reform.
The Consultant will serve as an external contractor functioning in a public relations capacity to ensure a coordinated approach to the implementation of the communications plan.
