The Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) wishes to engage the services of a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist who will be charged with evaluating the implementation of the 11th EDF project.
The successful Consultant(s) will be undertaking an independent evaluation of the project entitled “Enhancing CARIFORUM’s Civil Society Capacity to Participate in National and Regional Development Programming and Policymaking”. The Consultant(s) will provide a systematic and objective assessment of the programme and interventions instituted to achieve the project outcomes.
Additionally, the Consultant(s) will review the initial project schedule with project outputs, outcomes, and impacts to determine the extent to which the project has delivered the intended goals.

Due to the volume of applications CPDC will only respond to the successful applicant(s), based on the criteria outlined in the Terms of Reference.
