As part of the EU-funded project “Enhancing CARIFORUM’s CSO Capacity to Participate in National and Regional Development Programming and Policymaking,” CPDC requires a consultant to design and deploy software to automate financial grant reporting. This tool will enable NGOs to:
– Manage budgets (including forecasted vs. actual expenditures, in-kind contributions, and co-financing).
– Validate invoices, receipts, and supporting documents using software-driven verification.
– Generate automated variance analyses and compliance-ready reports.
The consultant will collaborate with a CPDC-procured web developer to ensure seamless integration of functionalities into a user-friendly platform tailored to Caribbean NGOs’ needs.

CPDC will only respond to applicants meeting the criteria outlined in the attached Terms of Reference.
Proposals must align with the technical specifications, deliverables, and timeline detailed in the Terms of Reference. Flexibility for iterative testing and phased delivery is encouraged.
