Consultant to Develop and Formulate: One Beneficiary Assessment Report to Investigate the Development Needs of the NGO’s Beneficiaries Post COVID-19

The Caribbean Policy Development Centre (CPDC) with funding from the European Union (EU) is implementing a joint 2 year grant partnership. The project aims to build the capacity of 200 Caribbean NGOs to serve their beneficiaries and advocate on behalf of vulnerable groups during the uncertain period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Against this backdrop, the CPDC is seeking to hire a consultant to provide thematic technical assistance to the CPDC to strengthen the knowledge base for developing a framework to assess the development needs of NGOs’ beneficiaries post-COVID-19.
