The CPDC, with support from the European Union (EU) is implementing a project entitled “Enhancing CARIFORUM’s CSO Capacity to Participate in National and Regional Development
Programming and Policymaking” to improve the effectiveness of the strategies and modalities for national and regional CARIFORUM Civil Society Organisations to deliver developmental services and representation that may influence CARIFORUM’s social and economic development programmes and policies for sustainable Caribbean development.
As a result, CPDC is seeking to procure the services of a qualified candidate to assist in building the capacity of NGO personnel in the region. The facilitator will be charged with delivering a three-day Leadership Workshop for NGOs. The Consultant will serve as an external contractor functioning in the capacity of facilitator for the Leadership Workshop.
The main goal of the workshop is to strengthen the capacity of NGO leaders to contribute to the long-term sustainability of civil society organizations. The consultant’s general objective will be improving the capacity of the NGO sector to participate in national and regional development programming and policymaking.
