CPDC, with support from the European Union (EU) is implementing a project entitled “Enhancing CARIFORUM’s CSO Capacity to Participate in National and Regional Development Programming and Policymaking” to improve the effectiveness of the strategies and modalities for national and regional CARIFORUM Civil Society Organisations to deliver developmental services and representation that may influence CARIFORUM’s social and economic development programmes and policies for sustainable Caribbean development.
In light of this, CPDC is seeking the services of a contractor (production studio/ film director or producer) to produce a documentary film to feature the voices of NGO representatives from the Caribbean, detailing the role of their organisations in economic, social and environmental development of the Caribbean. The documentary must utilize/incorporate several aspects of Caribbean culture (music, arts, poetry, etc.) to develop an impactful story of the realities of vulnerable communities and sectors and provide the technical perspectives of regional experts in the field.
All applications must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. (UTC/GMT-4) on Sunday, 18 th August, 2024. CPDC will respond to the successful applicant(s). Only applicants meeting the criteria outlined in the Terms of Reference should apply.
