KEY OBJECTIVE
To be an independent, autonomous body functioning as an association of civil society organisations in Trinidad and Tobago to promote the interests of civil society, good governance and the equitable development of society for all generations.
MAJOR/CURRENT ACHIEVEMENTS
Commented on the Open Government Partnership;
Participated in CSOs for Good Governance Project;
Mobilised and Coached local CSOs to participate in a UN Human Rights Review of Trinidad and Tobago; and
Met with the parliamentary Joint Select Committee on Human Rights, Equality and Diversity in June 2016.
