MISSION
To champion women and girls advancement, sexual and reproductive rights, health and wellness, with a focus on females of the Caribbean diaspora.
VISION
To fully dismantle the stigma attached to girls and women's sexual health, sexual and reproductive rights, sexuality and sexploration. To create a world where women, girls and youth are free to express, free of shame, free of undue harm, and free of the notion that these topics are taboo.

Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, Gender Equality/ Gendered power differentials and Rights, Gender Based Violence Prevention (GBV), Caribbean Feminism
KEY OBJECTIVES
To advance Caribbean women's sexual reproductive health and rights utilizing Health Education, Empowerments, Research and Stories;
To promote evident based research, and community based participatory research to inform programmatic efforts and effective policy change;
To design and deliver SRH- related programs and workshops targeting marginalized females; and
To empower women to amplify their voice and use their narratives to make a positive change.
MAJOR/CURRENT ACHIEVEMENTS
Successful implementation of the Sister2Sister Safe Space Program. This program is the 1st virtual safe space intervention targeting young women's sexual and reproductive health and rights in the Eastern Caribbean and was considered a Best Practice by the OECS; and
Successfully established "HerfFleur- Let's talk Period": A comprehensive Secondary School menstrual health and hygiene intervention that targets period poverty using innovative delivery of women's health & hygiene education, menstrual and hygiene products distribution, and introduction to reusable cloth pads and menstrual cups.
