MISSION
To mobilize youth to create and facilitate a support network for their peers who experience adversity on account of their sexual orientation, perceived or otherwise.
VISION
To create an environment conducive to respect and self acceptance, and to provide a support system for marginalized youth regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/ expression, leading to a sustainable and functional life.

KEY OBJECTIVES
To create and publish educational resource material on SOGIE issues, Bullying and Gender-Based Violence;
To provide immediate care where necessary to LGBTI youth , their parents and guardians through psychosocial support groups;
To reform policies and legislation surrounding bullying and violence in secondary schools;
To deliver anti-bullying workshops to secondary school children; and
To educate and provide teachers with sensitization training.
MAJOR/ CURRENT ACHIEVEMENTS
Conducting a National Survey on Bullying and Gender-Based Violence in Secondary school;
The establishment of Stronger Families which is a psychosocial peer support group for parents and guardians of LGBTI Youth; and
The creation of Safe Space which is a psycho social peer group for LGBTI Youth.
